Hey everyone. It’s now that time of year again when everyone is rehearsing for their final practical exams. For anyone who is thinking of coming to the University of Sunderland to study Drama, here is an idea of what it’s like to work in the space. I know when I was applying, I always thought it would be useful to actually see the space in action with students working within it. This footage is taken from my third year Shakespeare module. I hope you find this video useful!! Please feel free to ask questions either here on my blog or via Facebook.

Trumpets/Everything has Changed (Cover by Usman and Anth)

Sunday, March 2nd, 2014

This is another one of the songs that we performed at Spark FM’s Coffee Shop Sessions. It’s a fusion of Ed Sheeran and Jason Derulo with the tracks Trumpets and Everything has changed. This gig was such great experience and it just goes to show how much you can get involved here in Sunderland. If you are looking to go into the Performing Arts industry, these gigs look great on your CV as it shows you are pro-active and motivated. You are also able to gain invaluable contacts when meeting different people at events so that when you graduate, you stand a much better chance of becoming employed!!
