How To Make Almond Crusted Chicken

Hey everyone!

The one thing I find hardest when sticking to a clean diet is trying to find good seasonings for chicken! After a while, eating the same spices and seasonings can make your palate quite bland so I’m always searching for new recipes to change things up while maintaining my healthy eating. I got the inspiration for this recipe from one of my good friends at home (shout out to you Justina) and decided to make my own version of it. This recipe is gluten and grain free and is a great alternative to flour battered or breaded chicken. Although I’m not a fan of breading my chicken, I enjoyed this version as it was much crispier and cinnamon is one of my favorite spices so I couldn’t resist!
