Last Blog Post + Some Advice for Freshers!

Wow, I can’t believe this is actually the last time I’m going to be blogging for the uni! :[ It’s crazy how fast this year’s gone. I feel really lucky to have had the opportunity to blog for Lives Online and I really hope that you’ve all enjoyed my posts. I’ve gotten so used to updating the blog and the Facebook page with everything I do, I won’t know what to do with myself next year! D:

As far as advice goes for all you new incoming freshers, all I’ve really got to say is the generic “get involved” type things. But it’s true! During freshers week especially. The university puts on loads of amazing events during the first week, and even if you’re not the partying type, go to everything! It’s the BEST way to meet new people and I know that I’m still really good friends with a lot of people I met during the first week–in fact, I’m even going to be living with one of them this year! Make the most of freshers. :] Also, get involved with university clubs and societies. I didn’t do too much this past year, but I was a member of the equestrian club and cityspace gym, and this next year I plan on trying to join a few more things. :]

Anyway, I want to wish the next group of Lives Online bloggers the best of luck. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have. :]
