Surviving Being Ill

Hola!

I just wanted to talk quickly about being ill when you’ve moved out! I have a few things that I always keep in the flat to help when I’m being ill so here’s a few tips, give it a watch.

Some idea’s about what to put in an ’emergency box’ or what ever you want to call it.

-Paracetomol/Ibuprofen

-Strepsils

-Cough medicine

-Decongestant

-Plasters

-Tissues

Other good things to do.

Make sure you eat, even if its just soup. But I would recommend trying to get fruit as well, fruits expensive I am aware, but tinned fruit is a good alternative. Cheaper and lasts longer. Drink plenty of water, keeping hydrated will always help, especially if your ill. And as hard as it can be at university, try and get a good nights sleep.

One last thing, try and avoid missing lectures or seminars when you can. The last thing you want is to be behind, but if you do have to miss them, always catch up, you’ll just regret it if you don’t.

Peace x
