Just before Easter I filmed one of my days – from the early morning to the late night.  If you’ve ever wondered how the typical day of a third year journalism student looks like this video is for you. Enjoy!

I have just came back to Sunderland from my little Easter break in Liverpool. My mum lives there, so I went to visit her and to celebrate the most amazing Spring Festival – Easter. I love Easter! Easter is the most wonderful time of the year.  I’m really not a Christmas person – I am more an Easter bunny.

We have big Easter traditions in Lithuania: we’re painting eggs, going to the church on Easter Sunday and having special breakfast afterwards. Also, all the kids are always expecting the Easter Granny that brings chocolate eggs and other presents.  We do not have Easter Bunny, so Granny is a symbol of the Lithuanian Easter.

This year we were painting eggs again and I have decided to make a  short video showing the whole process. Who knows it might inspire you to decorate Easter eggs next year.
