Brigita Leonaviciute | University of Sunderland

Magazine Journalism BA (Hons)

Hello everyone!

It’s about the time to start thinking where you’ll be living the next academic year, especially if your home isn’t in the North East of England. There are two options: you can live in halls our university is offering or you can find a a private accommodation. If you are going to be a fresher, the best option would be – uni halls.

Are you wondering why? Because it’s a once-in-a-lifetime student experience. Nowhere else you will get a chance to experience a real student life. I was a fresher, my friends were freshers and we all spent our first year living in the halls. It was a great fun!

If you came to one of our open days, you’ve probably already seen how Sunderland’s halls looks like. But if you couldn’t make it and wondering what’s our accommodation like, you MUST watch my short film about uni halls below.

P.S. this is only the first part, so stay tuned!
